WHAT will I learn?
Between theory and practical sessions, the 4 weeks of the course are essential to ensure you have all the background knowledge necessary to be a PADI Divemaster.
The practical components of the Divemaster course include practicing the 20 basic skills, dive site mapping, fine-tuning your rescue skills as well as taking part in Search & Recovery or Deep Dive workshops.
You’ll have your swimming skills assessed and have the chance to learn how to become a more effective and efficient swimmer.
Divemaster trainees also learn how to assist instructors with training others in the many PADI courses between Open Water level and Rescue Diver level.
Guiding other divers is also a big part of the practical aspect of the course, so you’ll learn how to safely guide others in a wide variety of conditions and at various types of sites.
